When? Saturday, August 2, 2025
What time? The Family Fest is 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. The Superintendent's HIVE and Meet & Greet is 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. 
Where? The Huffman Pavilion at Falling Springs (275 Beasley Road, Versailles, KY 40383)
Who? Members of the Woodford County community - all ages welcome!

Family Fest: Join us for a fun-filled day at the Back to School Bash, where families can enjoy a variety of free resources and entertainment! We'll be giving away free backpacks and school supplies to help kids gear up for the new school year. There will also be free haircuts and health screenings, plus access to community resources that could benefit you and your family. Enjoy food trucks, games for all ages, and live music from a DJ. It's a celebration for the whole community and you don't want to miss it!
Superintendent's HIVE: Kids, parents, caregivers, and community members are invited to meet Dr. Lori Jones, Superintendent of Woodford County Public Schools, at her upcoming HIVE event! HIVE stands for “Harnessing Innovation, Vision & Excellence.” Dr. Jones is eager to meet you and hear about your experience in WCPS through HIVE events and groups! There will be more HIVE events to come throughout the year!
